- The site is managed and operated by My Travel Vacations, LLC, a private company established in Nevada under Nevada law, which offers an on-line service via the Internet to subscribers. Our site serves as a hosting service and enables our subscribers to construct a web page that contains detailed information about themselves and their related business / services they offer to the public. This information is displayed from our web site when a search is submitted and results are rendered. Only the information you submit to us and indicate should be made public will be publicly displayed.
- Subscribers must be over 18 years old (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of maturity). By becoming a member, you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement (the "Agreement"). This agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.
- You become a subscriber by filling in a registration form and the following acceptance by the site. Subscribers are bound by this agreement.
- Subscription may be terminated at any time and without cause, by either the site, it's owners or the subscriber upon due notification.
- Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscribers are not allowed to make the information, obtained from or via the site, available to non-subscribers, unless otherwise clearly stated. Subscribers must keep their access codes strictly confidential.
- The site explicitly disclaims all warranties to the availability, accuracy, quality, performance, correct transmission, completeness, or content of information. The site also explicitly disclaims all liability for any damages resulting from the failure, incompleteness, incorrect transmission of, or errors in the data sent from the subscriber to us. Any other liability of the site to its subscribers remains strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber for the preceding 12 months, but shall in no case exceed the maximum of 100 US$.
- The subscriber indemnifies the site and it's owners from any third-party liability as a consequence of the unauthorized or illegal use of the information made available by the site to the public, including but not limited to any information illegally submitted to us by you.
- If information is made available by the subscriber to the site, whether or not for the use of other subscribers or the public , the subscriber indemnifies the site and it's owners from any third-party liability concerning this information.
- This agreement is subject to change by the site or it's owners at any time. Changes are effective upon due notice to the subscriber, which notice may be given by posting the new agreement at the site.
- This agreement is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of The United States.
- Subscriber has read and understands this Terms and Conditions agreement and the Privacy Policy.
- Any images, contact information or other materials or information submitted by subscriber to the site becomes the property of the site and it's owners and under no circumstances shall that information be returned to subscriber. You are allowed to post a minimum of one image, and in some cases you may be allowed to post up to five images. The site reserves the right to remove any images posted that do not properly exhibit your business, services or the content which this site was intended to display, or do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein, or in the event you have violated any laws or copyrights relating to information you have submitted to us. We reserve the right to immediately remove any subscribers or information submitted to us by subscribers that may infringe upon the rights of others.
